Barre Bounce

We’re always looking for creative, fun and effective ways to move. Barre Bounce definitely checks all of those boxes.

This class fuses our Barre Foundations method with the fun, low-impact challenge of rebounding on a mini trampoline. It is scientifically proven by research to support lymphatic movement, improve balance, and build muscle and bone density! Check out what the research says.

1. Lymphatic Boost + Detox Support

Rebounding stimulates the lymphatic system more effectively than many other forms of exercise. According to NASA research, the up-and-down motion increases lymph flow, which helps flush toxins, reduce inflammation, and support immune function.

2. Low-Impact, High-Intensity

The trampoline absorbs shock, making this class joint-friendly. While being gentle on joints, it is still a challenging cardio workout. The intervals of bouncing and targeted muscle work keep the heart rate elevated throughout the class. It’s perfect for all fitness levels and ideal for those looking to protect knees, hips, and ankles.

3. Core Strength + Balance

Every movement on the rebounder engages the core. Over time, this improves stability, coordination, and postural alignment—all of which translate into more confidence and strength both in and out of class.

4. Natural Mood Boost

Bounce = joy. The rhythmic movement on a trampoline has been shown to release endorphins, reduce cortisol levels, and lift your mood. It’s not just a workout—it’s a mental reset.

5. Bone Density + Muscle Tone

NASA’s study also found rebounding to be 68% more effective than running for building bone strength. Pair that with the targeted, controlled muscle work of BarreAmped, and you’ve got a powerhouse combo for long-term strength and resilience.

6. Cardiovascular Health

Heart health improves with consistent aerobic activity, and rebounding, specifically, increases heart rate and oxygen consumption, supporting endurance, circulation, and heart strength. The Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness reports cardiovascular improvements with regular mini-trampoline use.

BarreAmped Bounce isn’t just a workout—it’s an experience. You’ll leave class feeling energized, uplifted, and stronger from the inside out.

Bounce is currently offered Mondays at 9:15am and Tuesdays at 5:15am and 8:15am. We’re releasing as an Essentials and Premium Member exclusive first, and it will open up to other passes and individual reservations soon!
