Service Description
This one hour session will focus on meal planning to balance your macros! Learn what you need to eat, how much, and when- based on your goals/needs, and take home a meal plan that’s based on your needs and ready to use! These sessions teach you how to target and hit your goals with foundational building blocks. -build muscle -correct alignment and release tension -strengthen specific areas -change body composition -gain flexibility and mobility -map out a plan to follow based on your needs

Cancellation Policy
LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW FEES: Clients may cancel reservations 2 HOURS before class start time without a fee. Failing to cancel at least 2 HOURS before class time will result in a $10 late cancel fee, or failing to cancel within 5 minutes of class or missing class will result in a $15 no-show fee. We cannot offer refunds for unused reservations, passes or memberships. USING CLASS PASSES/SINGLE RESERVATIONS: If a 5 Class Package is used to make the reservation, the pass will be returned to the account (as long as it is canceled at least 2 HOURS before class time). Single class reservations can be rescheduled via our studio app in order to utilize the reservation at another time (make sure to click "reschedule", not cancel). Classes are recommended for ages 13 and up. Class positions and cues are focused primarily for women, but our studio welcomes guys too!
