Breath + Balance with Corrin Sergio

Join Corrin Sergio, E-RYT 200, YACEP, for Breath & Balance, a breath-focused Vinyasa Yoga Flow touching and expanding on shapes found in our Barre Foundations classes.

In this class we’ll work on our breath-body connection as we flow through strong postures, a fiery ab sequence, and work on our balance. Expect to finish feeling stronger, longer, and more centered.
