Back by popular demand— condensed to 60 minutes of hands-on education, core connection, individual feedback to help you connect to and work your core more safely, deeply and effectively.

If you have ever wondered “am I doing this right?”, “should I feel my core muscles?”, or struggled with neck tension or other discomfort during core work— YOU NEED THIS! You will feel stronger and more connected to your core in every position!

If you've never taken a Core Connection class before, we recommend starting with Core Connection 1 and practicing those techniques for at least 6 weeks before taking Core Connection 2.
