Back by popular demand— condensed to 60 minutes of hands-on education, core connection, individual feedback to help you connect to and work your core more safely, deeply and effectively.

If you have ever wondered “am I doing this right?”, “should I feel my core muscles?”, or struggled with neck tension or other discomfort during core work— YOU NEED THIS!

We’ve condensed our 90 minute Saturday event to a 60 minute week night class. You will get some good core work in this class, and as always, we’ll end with some recovery work.
