Service Description
The small, controlled movements and emphasis on set up cues in this class make it the perfect class to get started, and a great class to continue refining your form, body connection, strength, and stamina. You can grow through all of the levels of difficulty in this class and keep coming back for a challenge! Recommended for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW FEES: Clients may cancel reservations 2 HOURS before class start time without a fee. Failing to cancel at least 2 HOURS before class time will result in a $10 late cancel fee, or failing to cancel within 5 minutes of class or missing class will result in a $15 no-show fee. We cannot offer refunds for unused reservations, passes or memberships. USING CLASS PASSES/SINGLE RESERVATIONS: If a 5 Class Package is used to make the reservation, the pass will be returned to the account (as long as it is canceled at least 2 HOURS before class time). Single class reservations can be rescheduled via our studio app in order to utilize the reservation at another time (make sure to click "reschedule", not cancel). Classes are recommended for ages 13 and up. Class positions and cues are focused primarily for women, but our studio welcomes guys too!
