Service Description
The small, controlled movements and emphasis on set up cues in this class make it the perfect class to get started, and a great class to continue refining your form, body connection, strength, and stamina. You can grow through all of the levels of difficulty in this class and keep coming back for a challenge! Recommended for all levels.

Cancellation Policy
All class reservations must be canceled at least 2 HOURS before schedule start time. Failing to cancel within this window or missing class will result in a $10 late cancel/no-show fee, and the class pass will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings. We cannot offer refunds for unused reservations, passes or memberships. Classes are recommended for ages 13 and up. Class positions and cues are focused primarily for women, but our studio welcomes guys too!
